Deep carpet cleaning using truck-mounted hot water extraction, for homes, rentals and workplaces across the ACT and NSW. We check the carpet before we start, tell you honestly what will and won't come out, and give you the price before any work begins.

The three questions we get asked most before a booking.
$45 per room for rooms under 10m², or $4.50 per square metre. A quick refresh bonnet clean is $35 per room or $3.50 per square metre. Minimum job value is $160 including GST, which covers around three rooms. Stain treatment usually adds $30 to $60.
Three to six hours in summer and eight to twelve in winter, occasionally overnight in cold weather. Because the machine stays in the van and pulls hard, most of the water leaves with us. You can usually walk on it in clean socks within a few hours, but wait 24 hours before moving heavy furniture back.
No, and we tell you which ones before we start rather than after. Bleach marks, burns, sun fading and dye transfer are permanent damage rather than stains, because the colour or the fibre has already gone. Traffic lane wear improves but will not return to new. Most food, drink, dirt and pet stains do come out. We check every mark during the inspection and give you a straight answer on what to expect.
A Sapphire Scientific 370SS stays in the van, so only the hose comes inside. Stronger vacuum than a hire or portable unit means more water comes back out and your carpet dries in hours. We also carry a portable unit for apartments where the hose cannot reach.
We take before and after photos with a numbered job label in the shot, on every job. You get an honest record of the starting condition rather than a memory that changes later.
Bleach marks, burns, sun fading and dye transfer are permanent damage rather than stains. We check before starting and say so upfront, so there are no surprises at the final inspection.
Wool and natural fibres get a lower water temperature and a pH-neutral, wool-safe solution, because heat and alkaline products can shrink or brown wool. We identify the fibre before anything gets wet.
$45 per room or $4.50/m², bonnet $35 per room or $3.50/m², $160 minimum including GST, stains $30 to $60. Most cleaners hide the minimum. You can budget before we arrive.

Traffic lanes, spots and heavily soiled areas are treated first and left to work. Skipping this step is the main reason a cheap clean looks fine when wet and disappointing once dry.
The full clean using the truck-mounted machine. We work in overlapping passes and finish with dry passes to pull out as much water as possible, so the carpet dries in hours rather than days.
The pile is groomed so the fibres stand up and dry evenly. A light deodoriser goes down where it is needed. For wool we drop the water temperature and switch to a pH-neutral, wool-safe solution.
We photograph the same areas again, then walk the rooms with you before we leave. Anything you are not happy with, we redo on the spot.
The deep clean we use on most jobs. Heated water and solution are pushed into the pile under pressure, then a strong vacuum pulls the water back out with the dirt. Best for heavily soiled carpet, end of lease cleans and homes that have not been done in a year or more. Dries in 3 to 6 hours in summer, 8 to 12 in winter.
A quick surface refresh between deep cleans. A rotary machine with an absorbent pad lifts soil from the top of the pile. Cheaper at $35 per room and dries in about an hour, so it suits offices and lightly soiled carpet. It will not reach soil at the base of the fibre.
Mechanical agitation works shampoo through the pile before extraction. Useful on heavy soiling where the dirt needs to be broken up rather than just flushed out. Takes longer to dry than steam cleaning.
A low-moisture method for commercial carpet, carpet tiles and glued-down carpet. The solution crystallises around soil so it can be vacuumed away. Dries fast, which matters when an office has to be usable the next morning.

Stain treatment usually adds $30 to $60 depending on the number of marks and what caused them, and stairs are quoted separately based on the number of steps and their condition.
