Aussie Duo provides commercial cleaning in Canberra and Queanbeyan for offices, strata buildings, gyms, clinics and NDIS providers. We visit your site, agree on what gets cleaned and how often, and give you a free quote before any work starts. Carpet, window and pressure cleaning can be added to the same booking.
The three questions businesses ask most before a site visit.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your site, what needs cleaning and how often. We don't use a set price list for commercial work. We visit your site and give you a free quote before we start.
What kinds of workplaces do you clean?
Offices, strata buildings, gyms, clinics and NDIS providers across Canberra and Queanbeyan. We also have a team in Sydney.
Can you also clean carpets, windows and outdoor areas?
Yes. We can add truck-mounted carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning and high pressure cleaning to your plan, so one company looks after the whole site.
What commercial cleaning covers
Commercial cleaning is the regular cleaning of a workplace. It usually covers the areas people use every day: the kitchen or tea room, toilets and washrooms, floors, desks and shared surfaces, and bins. Some sites also need foyers, meeting rooms or change rooms done.
No two sites are the same, so we don't sell set packages. We walk through your site with you and write down each task and how often it needs doing. That list becomes the plan our team follows.
Strata buildings: foyers, hallways and other shared areas
Gyms: floors, change rooms, toilets and reception
Clinics: waiting rooms, toilets and staff areas. Clinical rooms are cleaned to your infection control plan, so please share it at the site visit.
NDIS providers: offices, day programs and shared spaces
How we plan and price your site
Commercial work is quoted per site, not from a price list. These things change the price:
the floor area and types of flooring
how many toilets and kitchens you have
how often you want us to come
when we can get into the building
We start with a free site visit. You get a quote with the agreed task list, so you know what is included before we start. If your needs change later, we update the plan with you.
To get ready, download our free commercial cleaning planner (PDF). Tick the tasks you need and how often, then send it to us or bring it to the site visit.
Carpet, windows and outdoor areas
Regular cleaning keeps a site tidy. Some jobs need specialist gear every few months, and we can add them to your plan:
Carpet: our truck-mounted machine deep cleans office carpet. See our Canberra carpet cleaning options. Carpet tiles and glued-down carpet often suit encapsulation cleaning, which uses very little water.
Everyone who cleans for us is police-checked, and we carry $20 million public liability insurance. We bring all our own cleaning products and equipment. Our lead technician, Mark, holds IICRC certifications in carpet cleaning (CRT) and water damage restoration (WRT). We are family owned and have been cleaning since 2013.
Where we clean
We clean workplaces across Canberra, plus Queanbeyan and Googong in New South Wales. We also have a team in Sydney.
