What is included in carpet steam cleaning?
We use a truck-mounted hot water extraction machine. It pushes hot water and cleaning solution deep into the carpet, then pulls most of the water and dirt back out. Because most of the water is removed, carpet usually dries in a few hours, not days.
If your carpet only needs a quick freshen-up between deep cleans, a bonnet refresh clean costs less. For rentals, heavy traffic areas and pet homes, we recommend a deep steam clean.

1. Check the carpet
We look at the carpet type, traffic areas and any stains, and confirm the price with you before we start.
2. Pre-treat
We spray a pre-treatment on traffic areas and marks to loosen dirt. Stain treatment is added only if you agree to it.
3. Hot water extraction
Our truck-mounted machine rinses the carpet and pulls the dirty water back out.
4. Final check
We groom the pile so it dries evenly and walk through the rooms with you.

How long does carpet take to dry?＋
Usually a few hours. It depends on the carpet thickness, the weather and airflow in the home. Opening windows or running a fan helps.
