High pressure cleaning, also called pressure washing, uses high-pressure water to clean hard outdoor surfaces. It removes dirt, mould, algae, moss and stains without harsh scrubbing.
We are a local team serving Canberra and Queanbeyan, and we clean for both homes and businesses. We match the water pressure to the surface: older or softer surfaces get a gentler clean, while sound concrete can take a firmer one. This protects your surfaces while lifting the built-up grime.
Water from driveways and paths runs into the stormwater system. The ACT Government notes there is no treatment plant for stormwater, so whatever is washed into drains is carried to our lakes and creeks.
We assess each site before starting and plan how to manage the wash water. Depending on the surface, cleaning products and site conditions, this may involve containing runoff and collecting wastewater for appropriate disposal. Our aim is to protect surrounding areas and prevent dirty water, cleaning chemicals and debris from entering stormwater drains.
We pressure clean homes and businesses across Canberra and in Queanbeyan. For home and business tips, read our guides to driveway cleaning and car park cleaning.

Yes. Concrete is a hard, tough surface and handles high pressure well. Our team still sets the right pressure for the job to avoid surface marks. Older or cracked concrete is cleaned with more care.
Yes. High pressure water removes mould, algae, and moss from most surfaces. We also pre-treat the area so the growth does not come straight back. This is a common job on shaded paths and south-facing walls in Canberra.

Once a year is a good rule for most Canberra homes. Shaded or damp areas may need it more often. Driveways near trees or gardens also build up grime faster.

High pressure cleaning uses strong water force for hard surfaces like concrete and driveways. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution for delicate surfaces like painted walls and roofs. We choose the right method for each surface.
Not when it is done right. We set the pressure to suit pavers and tiles, and we clean grout lines with care. Using the wrong pressure is what causes damage, which is why a professional team matters.
