Office cleaning is quoted per site after a free site visit, based on the size of your office, the number of toilets and kitchens, how often we clean and when we can get in. The minimum visit is $187 including GST ($170 + GST).
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. We clean offices after hours or during business hours, whichever suits your workplace. We agree the times at the site visit.
How often should an office be cleaned?
Daily cleaning suits busy offices and shared kitchens. Weekly cleaning suits smaller offices. You can change the schedule later if your needs change.
Office cleaning keeps the shared parts of your workplace clean and ready for work: the kitchen, the toilets, the floors, desks and meeting rooms, and the bins. We clean offices across Canberra after hours or during the day, on a daily or weekly schedule, and every office gets its own written task list.
This page covers office cleaning. For strata buildings, gyms, clinics and other workplaces, see our main commercial cleaning page.
What office cleaning includes
Every office is different, so we don't sell fixed packages. At a free site visit we walk through your office with you and write down each task and how often it needs doing. A typical office task list includes:
Kitchen or tea room: benches, sink and tables
Toilets and washrooms: toilets, basins, mirrors and floors
Desks and shared surfaces: clear desk areas, desk phones and reception counters, with door handles and light switches disinfected every visit. We don't move papers or open drawers, and keyboards can be cleaned as an add-on.
Floors: vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
Meeting rooms and reception: tables, chairs and entry areas
Bins: emptied and relined
Anything you add at the site visit goes on the list, and the list becomes the plan our team follows.
After hours or during the day
We clean offices both after hours and during business hours. Many offices choose after hours so the cleaning never gets in the way of staff or clients. Others prefer a daytime clean, for example when the building is locked at night. We agree the times with you at the site visit.
Daily or weekly cleaning
Daily cleaning suits busy offices, shared kitchens and sites with visitors every day.
Weekly cleaning suits smaller offices and teams that keep on top of day-to-day tidying.
If you're not sure, we can start with one schedule and change it once you see how it works.
What office cleaning costs
Office cleaning is quoted per site after a free site visit. The price depends on:
the size of the office and the types of flooring
how many toilets and kitchens you have
how often you want us to come
when we can get into the building
The minimum visit is $187 including GST ($170 + GST). Your quote comes with the agreed task list, so you know exactly what is included before we start.
To plan ahead, download our free commercial cleaning planner (PDF). Tick the tasks you need and how often, then send it to us or bring it to the site visit.
Checklists and records
Our team works from your task list and completes a checklist for each clean, so you can see what was done. If something needs changing, tell us and we'll update the plan.
Keys, swipe cards and alarm codes
Many offices give us keys, swipe cards or alarm codes for after-hours cleans. Every key we hold is tracked by GPS. Alarm codes are stored securely in our system and given only to the cleaner who looks after your site. If a key or code is misused by anyone on our team, we take responsibility.
Insurance and our team
We carry $20 million public liability insurance, and we can send you a certificate of currency when you ask. Our cleaners are police-checked and vaccinated against seasonal flu. Aussie Duo is a family-owned Canberra business that has been cleaning since 2013.
We clean offices in every part of Canberra, from Gungahlin to Tuggeranong, including business areas such as Civic, Barton, Fyshwick and Mitchell. See our Canberra service areas. We also clean offices in Queanbeyan.
