What if the smell returns later?

Smells from old stains can come back, especially in humid weather, when urine has soaked into the underlay. If that happens, call us and we will talk through the options.

How long does the carpet take to dry?

Drying usually takes 4 to 12 hours. It depends on the carpet, how much treatment it needed, the weather and the airflow in your home. Opening windows or running fans helps.

Can you treat stains on old carpets?

Yes, we can treat them. On old or worn carpet, some stains and smells may not come out fully. We check the carpet first and tell you what to expect.

Do I need to move the furniture?

Yes, if a stain is under or behind it. We do not move furniture. Please clear small items from the floor and move anything that covers a stained area before we arrive.

What’s the difference between this and a standard clean?

A standard clean focuses on general dirt and dust on the surface. Pet stain and odour cleaning targets specific biological contamination. It uses different products and techniques to penetrate deeper and neutralise odours, not just mask them.

Will the cleaning stop my pet from re-marking the spot?

We cannot promise that. Cleaning reduces the smell that can draw a pet back to the same spot, but behaviour also depends on training and supervision.

Which areas do you service?

Canberra and Queanbeyan, including Googong. We do not offer this service in Sydney.

Is there a guarantee the stain will be gone?

No. We cannot promise every stain will come out. The result depends on the age of the stain, what caused it and the carpet type. We tell you what to expect before we start.
