What affects the cost of gutter cleaning?
The length of your gutters sets the starting price. You can see what each clean includes on our gutter cleaning page.
If your gutters are very full, haven't been cleaned for a while, or have plants growing in them, the job takes longer and the price will be higher. Gutter guard that has to be lifted and refitted, branches over the gutters and difficult access can also add time. We'll always tell you the price before we start, so there are no surprises.

How much does gutter cleaning cost in Canberra?＋
A small single-storey home starts from $286 ($260 + GST), a medium home from $363 ($330 + GST) and a large home from $440 ($400 + GST). Units and granny flats start from $198 ($180 + GST). Very full or overdue gutters may cost more.
Will it cost more if my gutters are very full?＋
It can. Our prices are starting prices for a standard clean. If your gutters are packed with wet sludge or haven't been cleaned for a long time, the job takes longer and the price will be higher. We'll tell you before we start.
How do I know my gutter length?＋
Measure around the edge of your roof where the gutters run, or send us your address and a few photos and we'll work it out with you.
Do you clean double-storey gutters?＋
No. Our service and prices are for single-storey buildings only.
Is there a minimum charge?＋
Yes. Our minimum job is $187 ($170 + GST), because travel and setup cost the same for any job.
Can I add other cleaning on the same visit?＋
