How often should I book this service?

It depends on foot traffic. Busy offices and common areas need it more often than a quiet room. We can suggest a schedule when we quote.

Does Bonnet Cleaning remove stains?

It lifts light surface marks but is not a dedicated stain removal service. Set-in or dark stains usually require targeted spot treatment first.

Can furniture be left in place?

Yes. We do not move furniture. We clean the carpet we can reach and work around large pieces. If you want the carpet under an item cleaned, please move it before we arrive.

Is it safe for wool carpets?

We check the carpet fibre before we start. If bonnet cleaning is not the right choice for your wool carpet, we will tell you.

Will the carpet feel wet afterwards?

Slightly damp to touch, not soaked. Bonnet cleaning uses little water.

Do you need power and water access?

Yes, we require a power point and nearby water source. We bring all hoses and leads.
