They hold a current Working with Vulnerable People card from the "local government". and have no criminal history. Each team member carries public liability insurance, and we ensure our staff are seasonally vaccinated against flu. We take these steps not because they’re mandatory—many aren’t—but because it gives our clients genuine peace of mind. If you prefer to provide access via keys or codes, we log those details securely and never share them. Many of our Sydney and Canberra clients have entrusted us with their home access for years. That level of trust isn’t given lightly, and we don’t treat it lightly either.
